Review : Rolled Oat Organic CED

Assalamualaikum, Ni hao, Konnichiwa,

Today I would like to share about oat. I consume this during breakfast everyday before go to work. 

My style of eating :   2.5 tablespoon rolled oat + 2 table spoon powdered milk + pinch of sugar+ 1 cup of boiling water. Leave it soak for above 15 minutes and then ready to be eaten!
I recently buy this at Shopee at really cheaper price. RM6.50 for 500gram. 

There is alot of benefit eating oat regularly:

1. Decreasing blood cholesterol. Need to consume for at least 2-3 month to see the effect. 

2. Improve bowel movement (easy to defecate. lol~ just make sure to drink lots of fluid to help easing stool movement). For me, i will have bowel movement everyday at least one time, and sometimes even till 3times per day. 

3. Low calories intake since you will feel full even after 2-3 mouthfull. 

4. Good for those who still want to eat because of hungry but want to lose weight. hihi

5. Rolled oat wont make you feel queasiness (muak) compared to instant oat. 

6. Rolled oat also much less sticky compared to instant oat. Some people love to do overnight rolled oat by soaking with milk and keep in refrigerator.

7. Can do rolled oat shake. Blend oat with fresh milk and drink. Faster and easy way to eat oat.
