Today I will share with the readers on how to make fried bihun (is it exist in English Bihun Goreng? Hurmm..) It only involves simple steps.
The Ingredients needed are:
1. Garlic
2. Boh Chili
3. Oil
4. Meat (nicely chopped)
5.Bihun (soaked long enough first to soften it)
6. Soy sauce
7. Salt + sugar
8. A little water
9. Mustard leaves(soak first in salty water to lessen the poison/pesticide)
First of all, crush the garlic well. Then heat up the oil and put in the crushed garlic. Stir until the paste turns brown. Next, add in a spoonful (table spoon), and stir until the paste turns brown. Put in the chopped meat. Let them be for a while. After that, add half of glass of water, soy sauce, salt and sugar; all according to your amount of preference. Afterwards, put in the mustard leaves that had been cut nicely and finely earlier. Eventually, add in the soaked bihun.
Stir until the water dries up a little and it becomes as if smoky. The appearance of smoke/vapour shows that the bihun has cooked and finished.
Shut off the fire. It’s ready to be enjoyed!! As simple as ever. The ingredients can also be altered or added anytime, anyway, up to you.
