Today I bake Macaroni cheese. I create this recipe by myself. Hihii.. So, here are the ingredients :
1. Macaroni - 200g (for 4 people)
2. Garlic 6 biji - chop into square
3. Blended chili (cili boh) - 1 table spoon
4. Oregano - little bit
5. Powdered black pepper - little bit
6. Chopped meat
7. Button mushroom - cut into smaller size
8. Tomato puree - 1 medium size tin
9. Tomato - 1 biji
10. Cheddar cheese
11. Mozarella cheese
12. Salt (3-4tsp) & sugar (5-6tbsp)
13. Egg - 1

Macaroni need to be heat in water to make it expand/soft.
Fry garlic until yellow then add blended chili. Then add tomato puree, tomato sauce, oregano, powdered black pepper, chopped meat, button mushroom. Cover and leave aside to tenderize (lembutkan) the meat and mushroom.
Then, after some time, make it until become thick and then mix with macaroni. Then, add in egg and cheddar &mozarella cheese. Then cover the top with lot of mozarella cheese.
Set oven temperature to 150-200oC for about 20 minutes. Then, ready to be served!
Actually, i want to make macaroni carbonara. But after I look at the ingredients in the ready-made Prego Carbonara, there is MSG!!! I dont like that thing. not good to our health. Hihi...
Time taken to make this is only about 1 - 1.5 hours..
Btw, it is soooo oishiiiiii but i ate too much and feel like bloated already.
