Since i like to eat sweet PLUS spicy food, so i have found the delicioussssss korean food which is called deobbokgi. It is healthy because it has vegetable, protein, and carbo. Complete set.
HOW TO MAKE RICE CAKE
Ingredients :
- Combine and mix all rice flour, salt, and boiling water.
- Put in the pre-heat steamer over high heat for more than 30 minutes
- Spread the oil on the board and pound for 5 min or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Shape it cylindrical and cut according to your preferred size.
- Gently cover the rice cake with oil to prevent them from stick to each other. and put in plastic bag in freezer if you want to use it later.

- Red pepper paste 2 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Onion 3 biji - tumbuk sampai hancur
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Black peppers 5-10 biji
Tada~~ Finished!
The sauce it too dark because i have added extra soy sauce.. |
