Recipe - Avocado Smoothies

Assalamualaikum, Ni hao, konnichiwa

Today I would like to share about A.V.O.C.A.D.O.
Do you know that Malaysia also have its own avocado? We can plant that tree in Malaysia which will bear larger fruit than the non-Malaysian avocado. However, both will taste the same lar..Hihi.... Avocado is very-very delicious when you know how to prepare it with food. I will tell briefly about this fruit.

The color of the coating is darker when it is ripe.



According to my mother's cousin uncle, the plant only produce fruit after the age of 5 years. The height of the tree is taller than street lamp. If you are trying to plant this, make sure no water pool near this plant because it will affect the growth.

After plucking from the tree, you can ripen it quickly by wrapping with paper or plastic and check regularly to make sure it feels soft when you press the fruit. If it is not feel soft yet, it will not  give proper texture that we will love to taste. The taste of this fruit is taste-less. But it do have some what oily when you touch it.

However, be careful because some people will get allergic after eating this.
This fruit have lots of nutrition which are pantothenic acid, fiber, vitamin K, copper, folate, vit B6, vit E, potassium, and vit C. Therefore, it is good to take this regularly.

Ingredients for milk shake :

1. Ripe Avocado - 1
2. Ice cube - 1 blender size
3. Evaporated/Condensed milk - 1 tin
4. Sugar - 4 tbsp
5. Plain water
6. Vico - 1 tbsp
This is the one that I did today. Oishii yo~~ Feel like cannot stop eating.

Avocado will give milky texture. Vico is only to give mild taste which will give exactly like Coolblog drink. The smell of this shake is like tea which I've drink from the Starbuck. This make me think to make this a lot since it is better and cheaper to make this by myself rather than buying at Coolblog, Starbuck, or Chatime. haha
