Assalamualaikum Ni hao Konnichiwa,
Today I would like to review Hotel Lexis which are located at Teluk Kumbar, Pulau Pinang. This hotel is considered as 5 star hotel.
I received a voucher for accomodation 3 days 2 night for Executive Pool Suite which can have for up to 4 people per room. Half sea view.
For reservation, we can Whatsapp and ask the availability date. Then, we need to email them for booking. They will give you this form to fill in and bring during check-in.
Since this is during Covid era, the visitor should be fully vaccinated first before enter. However, during our check in process, the waiter did not check our vaccination status.
You can park your car inside the building but you need to go through the "obstacle". It is so dizzy because the circling while moving up. Car park is free of charge and not so many people while I am there.
Check in can be done 3pm onwards. If want to do early, need to request first. During the check in-process, they will give you two access card door.
There are 6 lift here as you can see in the picture below.
Inside the lift. We got 22nd floor. Total have 26 floor.
Here is in front of the room. Simple and quite windy since it is by the seaside.
This is how the room looks like for Executive Pool Suite. Got 2 King bed. I think the bed dont have spring because when you jump, it didnt bounce back. haha Next, I think it is marble floor and it do feel very cold. Need to use slipper ya. Otherwise like me, we will turn off the fan and aircond. :p
Btw, at night, it is so much windy. While you sleep, your front door will keep making noise. So, you need to 'sendal' / put something under the room to make is stop making noise. If you open the front door and the the pool door , there will be strong wind going through.
Another section which will have toilet, bathroom, and pool area. The speciality is the room is quite spacious.
Got bathtub. It is so nice soak in the warm water after swimming in the cool pool outside. hihi
Here is the pool. It is bit shallow and quite narrow (sempit) for swimming purpose. For 1.8meter tall, you need to swim from corner to corner. The water also quite cool and I would suggest to swim around 10am upwards or 3pm till 7pm because the temperature is bit hot. Our room this time facing sunrise. hihi
Got fridge but the temperature is not cold as our home fridge. There is no button to change the temperature too.
There is sauna room beside the swimming pool. Minimum temperature is 35 degree celcius. However we did not utilise this since it is bit smelly inside. hihi But it is really hot once we switch on.
This is the view from our room. It is really nice to rest while seeing the view. Feeling like kampung style. Usually I only have this atmosphere when going back kampung during Eid celebration. hihi

Don't forget to scan this and request for anything. hihi It is free up certain limit. Can also order food through here. It is all online. If you did not know anything, just call the operator and he will guide you. However, during our stay, the operator sounds not so friendly. Not sure why.
Tada~ We request slipper and sejadah for pray. They will send immediately within 10 min after we put up the order. There is time frame when you can put up the order. I already forgot what time. Then forgot to screenshot too. lol~
Breakfast. The portion is quite a lot. Feel really full. If you didnt eat too much in the morning, maybe can share one serving for 2 people.

Sunrise. Also you can see airplane landing from here. There is alot of airplane that we see at night.
Remember to bring goggle and swimming suit. The water in the pool feels like have a lot of chlorine. It is important to protect the eye. During windy time, there will be insects and some paint inside the pool. You can request pool cleaning if this happen.
Check out should be done latest by 11 am.
One important thing to let you all know. The toilet dont have lock!!!! hahaha if you are sharing wifh friends or with child, just be careful. Their door dont have lock. Plus you can peek through the glass door too. Omg~ I am not sure whether all 5 star hotel dont have toilet lock or not
Overall, I like this hotel because of its spacious and private pool. However, i think it is bit not too clean at certain part at the edge of something. I think the price per room is also bit expensive. But thankfully, somebody gave voucher and I was able to go and experience in this hotel.
