Recipe - Fruit pudding custard

Assalamualaikum, ni hao konnichiwa..

Yesterday recipe is as follows :
1. Agar-agar - 1/2 cup
2. Water - 10 cups
3. Fruit cocktail
4. Custard powder - 4-6 tbsp
5. Sugar - 1 cup
6. Fruits - chopped into small cube
7. Egg - 2
8. Essence vanilla
9. Condensed milk - 1tin

Heat the agar-agar with water for about 2 hours (because I use not the powder agar). Mix custard powder , egg, essence vanilla, condensed milk together. When the agar is completely dissolved, add custard solution into agar solution and mix until it thicken or boils. Then add in fruit cocktail and let it boils for second time. Lastly, pour into your preferred container and leave it cool before refrigerate. Delicious when it is chill. Mine is not so sweet. Its taste is not sweet as fruit taste (barely taste the sweet) hahaha.. so, if you want more sweeter, add in more sugar..

Recipe - Baked Macaroni Cheese

Assalamualaikum,  ni hao, konnichiwa...

Today I bake Macaroni cheese. I create this recipe by myself. Hihii.. So, here are the ingredients :

1. Macaroni - 200g (for 4 people)
2. Garlic 6 biji - chop into square
3. Blended chili (cili boh) - 1 table spoon
4. Oregano - little bit
5. Powdered black pepper - little bit
6. Chopped meat
7. Button mushroom - cut into smaller size
8. Tomato puree - 1 medium size tin
9. Tomato - 1 biji
10. Cheddar cheese
11. Mozarella cheese
12. Salt (3-4tsp) & sugar (5-6tbsp)
13. Egg - 1

Recipe - Fried Banana Cheese

Assalamualaikum, ni hao, konnichiwa.

Today I try to make fry banana cheese.  Here are ingredients :

1. Banana
2. Cheddar cheese
3. Chocolate rice or chocolate chip
4. Margerine
5. Melted chocolate or sweetened milk

So, this is so simple and even I have not try this before. Fry the banana and topping with cheese and others. I make two types : fry and original one. The fried one taste sweeter than original as if you dip in sugar.

My comment : Not so bad but better not to like it too much coz margerine is not good! High LDL loh..  hahaha
