Peta ke Destinasi Sekitar UIA Kuantan

Assalamualaikum, Ni hao, Konnichiwa....

1. Destinasi ke Perumahan IM15. Dekat kawasan situ ada banyak deret-deret kedai makan kalau nak dicuba. Cuma kebersihan tu nampak agak kurang. On the way nak pergi IM15, akan lalu Wisma Belia. Tepi wisma Belia ada City Times hotel. Kat situ ada steamboat murah dan sedap. Tapi kawan kata kena booking dulu sebelum pergi sebab selalu ada majlis malam-malam kat situ.

Tutorial Jahit Kain A-line

Assalamualaikum, Konnichiwa, Ni hao...

Senang baju 'pecah-pecah' .hahahaha

Jahit kain A-line teramat mudah sampaikan kalau orang expert, boleh siapa 2 helai dalam masa 1 hari. Tapi kalau saya, tak mungkin la sebab letih juga kalau kerja menjahit saja 24 jam. hehe Point nak bagitau kat sini, betapa mudahnya nak jahit.

Jadi, tutorialnya seperti berikut :

Ni dasar kain A-line. Letak atas kain dan potong mengikut bentuk. Kalau perhatikan betul2, satu dasar (belah atas) tu kertas tu rapat betul, tapi kalau dasar (belah bawah) tu kertas tu semua jarak 1 inci daripada kertas.

Recipe - Murtabak Daging

Assalamualaikum, Ni hao, konnichiwa....

Kurangkan makanan manis seperti air overdose sweet macam kat kedai mamak.

Berikut adalah bahan-bahan untuk murtabak.

UNTUK KULIT
  1. Tepung 150g
  2. Garam 1/2 sudu teh
  3. Air secukupnya
  4. Minyak sapi 20g

Recipe - Biskut Famous Amous

Assalamualaikum,

Disebabkan saya suka mencuba masakan baru dan pelbagai variasi, kali ini saya ingin berkongsi cara membuat biskut famous amous. Senang saja rupanya.
Nak jadi cerita, boleh pulak salin resepi terlupa tulis letak tepung gandum. Jadi masa pertama kali bakar, habis cair macam buat kek..! hahaaha lepas tu terus cek semula resepi dan masukkan tepung gandum. Alhamdulillah menjadi. Esoknya baru bakar.

Bahan-bahan :

  1. Butter 250g
  2. Gula perang 1 cawan *
  3. Kuning telur 1 biji
  4. Tepung jagung 1 cawan
  5. Serbuk koko 1 1/2 sudu besar
  6. Vico 1 sudu besar
  7. Tepung gandum 1 1/2 cawan
  8. Pelbagai jenis kekacang 1 cawan setiap jenis - Gajus, badan, bunga matahari. Perlu di potong kecik-kecik ikut kesesuaian.
  9. Coklat cip 250g
  10. Bakar selama 20 minit dengan suhu 150oC. Tapi mesti pre-heat dulu oven awal2 ok.

- Pukul sampai kembang butter dan gula perang.
- Campur kan bahan 3-6 dan gaul sampai sebati.
- Masukkan kekacang dan coklat cip.
- Bentukkan atas dulang. Tak perlu lapiskan minyak sebab tak melekat di dulang pun.

Tadaaaa... ni bentuk dia sebab ikut sudu. Tak guna tangan. Tapi lebih mudah kalau bentukkan guna tangan. Cuma tangan tu bungkus dengan plastik baru tak perlu basuh banyak-banyak kali.
Siap dah... Boleh tahan banyak juga dapat. Boleh dapat penuh empat bekas standard biskut.

However, rasa biskut ni manis. Kalau jenis suka kurang manis, bolehla kurangkan gula. Sebabnya kalau dah masukkan coklat cip banyak banyak banyak, memang jadi manis. Tak elok manis-manis nanti takut berdarah manis bahaya. kekekeke~

Dulu-dulu rajin buat video, tapi sekarang udah capek.

Pharmacy Community Posting (6/6)

Week 6 Community Posting in  Pharmacy Shop

Activities this week is mainly continuing the activities done previously. Since there are holiday in between this weekdays, less customers can be observed during that days. The sales usually will be bit slow on that day. When there is less customers, I able to discuss and learn many things with the pharmacist.

When the medication needed by the customer is not available at the pharmacy, the following steps usually take place. First, the pharmacist will take the order, take the name, phone number, cash deposit from the customer and finally produce receipt of payment. After that, the pharmacist will check in the MIMS book about the availability and price of the item and the company supplying the item. Then a phone call is made to the company to survey about the item and immediately make the order. When the product arrived to the pharmacy, a phone call will be made to the customer.

Pharmacy Community Posting (5/6)

Week 5 Community Posting in Pharmacy Shop

Activities this week is mainly about familiarizing in details about the pharmacy and continue the usual activity such as price tagging, observe the pharmacist dispensing to the customers, entertain some of the customers, help filling the ointment into small containers, arrange the items in the pharmacy to maximize the use of space, listen to the sales representative explaining how to promote their product, and get to know with a U** student attached here which majoring in Degree of Biotech.

One of my activities is get to know with the student from U** named K*****. She will be attached here for 2 weeks in order to learn about the businesses and anything about devices. However, she has already Diploma in Pharmacy and are familiar with many of the drugs. My next activity is doing price tag. Price tagging is the most easiest task but are tedious because need to tag all items in the pharmacy shop. Another more interesting thing activity which I learn so much is about the way to promote the product. The sales rep from Chantiva (Tablet Haruan) teaches the pharmacy sales assistant how to promote their product in order to push up the sales. He make comparison with the Pati Haruan essence whereby the Chantiva tablets has less odour and more easier to carry around. Chantiva can be used for arthritis, pain problem, and minor cuts especially after circumcision. He also reminds not to exceed the dose because hypertrophic keloid may form.

Pharmacy Community Posting (4/6)

Here is for Week 4 Community Posting in Pharmacy Shop

Activities for this week are observing blood test done by the B***** Laboratories people and auditor’s work, continuing the usual activities such as helping and observing the activities done by pharmacists and sales assistant, and entertain/attend the customers. I also learn how to key-in stock in the computer system by key-in the information regarding supplier name with ID, invoice number, quantity, and unit price (RM).

The blood test was done XX Month 2014. In the early morning, the customers are seen to come early even before the pharmacy open. Two person from the Laboratories in-charge for the test whereby one for registration and another for withdrawing blood. After around 6 people, they change place/task that they currently doing. Needle 21G size is used and I can see that they can withdraw blood easily by just only one try. After blood withdrawal, the blood is divided into three test tubes containing solution which I think the function of solution is to prevent blood clotting. The biggest needle available is 18G and when the size decreased to 21G, it means decreasing the intensity of pain. From my reading, the main reason of using that needle size is because the RBC will lyse/rupture if the needle is too small. The price of blood test is offered at a half-rate than normal price. There are also free hormone test offer available for 20 early customers which the normal price usually would be RM50. When I ask about why we need to do the hormone test, the person from the laboratory explained that the test will check the oestrogen level in women whether balance or not and therefore intervention can be done early if any problem arise.

Pharmacy Community Posting (3/6)

Continuation for Week 3 Community Posting in Pharmacy Shop

Activities for this week are calling the customers, continuing stock check,  reading prescription and help dispensing, learn about setting the price for the product, presence of halal certificate for the bovine capsule, doing blood glucose test to the customer, and lastly learning about computerized system.

Initially at the beginning of the pharmacy, they only use manual system to store the information, for example the amount of product. The drawbacks of manual system are we cannot know the actual progress of selling the product, the exact quantity of products, and if there is any missing item because of pilferage. After some time, the pharmacy manage to have the computerized system. The system is able to manage the stock and data which is more efficient, effective, and easy. Together with the system, there are also maintenance fee required to be paid every year, but if the pharmacy do not pay, they will be charged at a higher rate each time if call for a help.

Pharmacy Community Posting (2/6)

Assalamualaikum Ni hao Konnichiwa ,

Here is the continuation for week 2 of my diary in community posting. Click here if you have not read for Week 1.

This week, I learn about the setup of Sdn. Bhd. pharmacy, inventory management in details (has been described in details as in Assignment 1 (Question No. 3), filling cream and liquid iodine into the small containers and beakers respectively, placing the newly received items on display, explore the Prescription book, and also familiarize with the process involved upon stock received. According to the pharmacist, it is not easy to get prescription and there are even some customer who want to keep the prescription by themselves. This is the most challenging part in retail pharmacy. Most of prescription come from private hospitals or specialist clinics. Some of the printed prescription even has fade away maybe because of low quality of ink being printed while some handwriting is difficult to be read.

Pharmacy Community Posting (1/6)

Assalamualaikum, Ni hao, Konnichiwa,

It has been long time i didn't share anything related to my study. May be it is because i don't have time to sit in front of the laptop writing what is in my mind BUT now, i'm free to do so. Alhamdulillah.... I'm actually has finished my undergraduate study in Bachelor of Pharmacy and waiting to work.

Back to the topic,  I just want to share my reflective diary which has been done on community posting at one of the pharmacy. I need to 'work' there for 6 weeks which is around 9.30am until 4.00pm. Of course its tiresome coz its working and need to do lots of work. But its good because you can gain hundreds and tonnes of knowledge everyday.

I love to share my knowledge and experience here since I think others who Google and read my post will gain something which may benefit you. For me, it is a 'waste' if you only keep the thing by yourself. This also does not cost any money (only require your time to write. lol ). Who knows this knowledge may help any of your relatives and also life in the hereafter..? hehe

So many things I can learn which you can read below. Its lengthy and may give you 'tranquilizer medicine' for free. hahaha I have summarized the diary according to 'Week'. This actually require to be submitted to gain marks. Thats why I have wrote it sooooo details. Enjoy reading to the last!
